National Sales Meeting – Orlando, FL
Kicking this event off with a custom-tailored opening act, incorporating key messaging and audience engagement, was an exciting moment. We brought on board two very talented Beatbox artists, who not only have impressive resumes, but were able to custom tailor a 10-minute opening using data from the clients’ research. They also wove in the overall conference messaging and timing it to an onsite video edit that was created using the attendees and key messaging phrases.
The client was looking to change up some of the programming, extend outside of the box with staging, and push the overall creativity. We delivered on all three fronts, from creating a stage that utilized backstage entrances, center LED wall, and scenic pieces that we could image map over and create environments that matched the presentation. That also enabled us to transform the ballroom from corporate branding to more elegant look and feel for their evening awards banquet. This event was produced in partnership with PRG.
