Product Launch and National Sales Meeting – Phoenix, AZ
It isn’t everyday that you have the opportunity to creatively push the envelope and push your client out of their comfort zone, but we did just that with this event. We took a small plain ballroom and turned it into a TV studio and then a Broadway theater. Having our clients become news anchors and talk show hosts, along with having them engage and interact with professional Broadway level talent. The results, a highly engaging production, with a stunning set, and a very happy client.
Using stadium seating we made an expansive ballroom become an intimate setting, enabling the presenters on stage to engage more easily with the audience, and in turn, allowing the audience to feel like they are participating rather than spectating. We also incorporated using a live studio warm up host, using talent directly from New York City. This was a 5 day event, jammed packed with education sessions, training events, awards banquet, and keynote presenters. Along with providing gear and labor support for a multitude of breakouts and smaller meetings, we also managed onsite video edits and content creation.
