Fundraising Gala – Baltimore, Maryland
Working with JDRF Maryland Chapter was a rewarding moment for us. The group has so much heart and passion, and it was a privilege to be a part of that. We worked in partnership with a local Meeting Planning Company, Union 3, to produce and manage the production elements of the show. Everything from Lighting Design, Graphics Design and screen content management to show design, EPS produced an event that knocked it out of the ballpark. There were local celebrity appearances, and we worked with a live auctioneer to help raise the funds the chapter needed for research, along with a local live band who entertained the audience from beginning to end.
Gear Used: 2 16:9 screens, center hard scenic pieces, Black Magic ATM switcher, Lighting was a combination of the latest LED moving lights and uplights.
