The Overview

Our client gathered 1,000 employees from around the globe—including attendees traveling as far as Singapore—for a powerful two-day internal event celebrating its team and staff. Hosted in Baltimore, MD, this was the first time the entire team had come together under one roof. With less than two months to plan, our team at EPS Events was tasked with creating a high-impact experience that would foster connection, spark innovation, and energize the team for the road ahead.

The agenda was packed with purpose, featuring two general sessions, concurrent breakout tracks, dynamic keynote speakers, and moments of recognition including awards and a surprise incentive trip giveaway. We worked closely with presenters to fine-tune both content and delivery, ensuring that every message landed with clarity and energy.

An off-site evening event gave colleagues the chance to unwind, connect, and celebrate the company's achievements in style. Judging by the flood of social media posts, heartfelt captions, and shared photos, it’s safe to say that this event made a lasting impression.
