EPS Events, in partnership with ITA Group and Buzz, collaborated with a corporate client to elevate their annual incentive program, transforming a traditional award trip into a five-day branded experience on the island of Oahu. With 950 attendees on site, every moment was thoughtfully crafted to immerse guests in a blend of brand storytelling, cultural authenticity, and world-class production.
The experience began the moment guests stepped foot on the property. The hotel was completely transformed—branded with custom gobos, floral logos, signage, and other high-touch elements. The event kicked off with a stage built over the pool for a traditional Hawaiian welcome, featuring fire dancers, live music, and cultural stations like lei making and block printing.
Each day featured a unique experience: Hawaiian Day Clubs celebrating different islands’ cultures, innovation lounges highlighting emerging technologies, and a local artisan marketplace where guests could shop using “Club Cash.” Throughout the week, attendees explored Oahu through curated excursions—everything from snorkeling and biking to food tastings and cultural immersions.
Evenings delivered unforgettable entertainment. The hotel ballroom became a Broadway-style cabaret theater with multiple stages and a full lighting package. Across the property, guests encountered local musicians and performers. The closing night lawn party featured branded activations, a massive outdoor LED wall, a drone show, and a surprise headliner: DJ Marshmello.
By fusing brand messaging with cultural storytelling and entertainment, Cloud Club redefined what a corporate incentive could be. Attendees didn’t just enjoy the experience—they lived the brand and felt the message.
The Cloud Club event raised the bar for corporate incentives, blending brand storytelling with cultural immersion and high-end production. Every touchpoint—from airport arrival to closing night drone show—was intentional, unforgettable, and Instagram-worthy. Guests left not just rewarded, but truly transformed by an experience that felt luxurious, personalized, and emotionally connected to both place and purpose.
