The Overview

In partnership with Ladidadi, EPS Events produced Contentful’s annual global RKO, a four-day destination event hosted this year in Riviera Maya, Mexico. With 300 attendees gathered from across the globe, the event was designed to align, inspire, and energize Contentful’s teams around the theme Unleash Potential.

To create a deeply immersive experience, we incorporated authentic Mayan cultural elements throughout the event. The week kicked off with a powerful traditional Mayan ballet performance that set the tone for connection and exploration. From stage design and scenic elements to music, décor, and surprise moments, the culture of the region was woven into every detail.

The program featured three dynamic general sessions, 15 engaging breakouts, and a custom team-building experience designed to foster collaboration and connection. A robust lineup of keynote speakers, industry panels, and fireside chats kept the agenda lively and the audience energized throughout the week.

Evening events provided opportunities to unwind and celebrate, culminating in a high-energy closing party that honored top sales performers with vibrant entertainment and local flavor. The theme “Unleash Potential” didn’t just headline the event—it became the lived experience.

The Results

From strategic alignment to personal inspiration, the event exceeded expectations. The “Unleash Potential” theme came to life through every session, activation, and experience—empowering Contentful’s team to step into the new year energized, unified, and ready to lead.
