To better connect with growth accounts and deepen executive engagement, LinkedIn needed more than another small-scale field event—they needed a strategic shift. EPS Events, in partnership with Ladidadi, helped deliver that shift with a high-impact, one-day customer summit at the iconic TED Theater and Moonlight Studios in New York City. With 150 top sales leaders in the room and hundreds joining virtually, the event focused on helping teams navigate the path to future ready.

We collaborated closely with LinkedIn’s internal creative team to produce a fully branded on-site virtual studio that operated throughout the event. The studio captured executive insights, attendee reactions, and social-ready content, all centered on what it means to be “future ready” in the evolving B2B landscape. This real-time content creation became a key storytelling tool, expanding the reach and relevance of the event well beyond the walls of the theater.

The day included high-level keynotes, strategic conversations, and structured networking—condensing the impact of eight smaller events into one powerful experience. LinkedIn’s message landed clearly, relationships deepened, and the event helped set a new bar for how the brand shows up in the executive space.
