For five years, EPS Events and PRG has been the trusted creative partner behind a major pharmaceutical company’s National Sales Meeting—an event that brings together over 500 team members and sets the tone for regional all-hands meetings across the country. Held in Orlando, this year’s event needed to be both impactful in the room and easily replicable nationwide.
Our team designed a scalable main stage environment, engineered to deliver a consistent brand experience no matter the location. From theme development to scriptwriting, we worked closely with executive leadership to craft a cohesive message and story that resonated across all levels of the organization. We oversaw the full creative ecosystem—curating keynote speakers, designing scenic elements, producing on-screen graphics, and creating video content that extended the reach and emotional impact of the event.
The meeting included three general sessions, 15 breakouts, an awards gala, and an off-site evening event—all strategically designed to inspire, inform, and energize. The Sales Meeting became more than just an annual gathering—it became an elevated platform for internal engagement and alignment.
